Dale Geerdes When I first accepted the admin role at University of Iowa Department of OBGYN, I realized very quickly that success would require establishing key relationships. Those relationships included Hospital leadership, College of Medicine leadership and community leadership. When I first became aware of AMGO, I viewed the annual conference trip as a fun business travel perk. My first conference was in Jackson Hole, WY. The conference was amazing... | Tiara Gatewood I learned of AMGO through my Ob/Gyn administrator. I joined the organization in a communications role to assist with their marketing efforts. I would also like to take advantage of the opportunities to connect and network with other Ob/Gyn administrators around the world, as I, too, aspire to be in a leadership role in the near future. | Gail Kelly Since I had been very involved in the association during my career, I've retained my membership after retirement. My role as a mentor and a resource for institutional knowledge is something I enjoy. | Mary Porter
